POLYETHYLENE PIPES AND FITTINGS FOR GAS FUELS

For many years, GAMRAT SA has promoted new technology of making polyethylene pipelines for the conveyance of gaseous fuels. With the development of modern techniques and technologies, GAMRAT SA progressively develops and improves its production base and research facilities. Currently, we have the latest world-class technology, both in the production of polyethylene pipes, as well as the potential for research inspection and analytical testing of raw material and fi nished products. The production lines are fully automated, equipped with units for raw material drying, spiral head, melt fi lter, cooling tanks with the control of water flow and temperature, caterpillar haul-off preventing pipe deformations, and thermal marking tools.

All these elements provide gaining and maintaining optimum process conditions and thereby ensure achieving correct quality of pipes throughout their length. Our production lines and raw materials, coming from reputed companies, provide a consistent standard quality of PE pipes in accordance with the requirements of PN÷N 1555 standard. SEGMENTARY POLYETHYLENE FITTINGS FOR GAS SUPPLY SYSTEMSSegmented fi ttings are produced in stationary conditions by butt welding of PE100 polyethylene pipe segments and PE100RC polyethylene pipe segments.They are used for construction and repair of the supply of gaseous fuels of low and medium pressure, dimension ratios SDR 11, SDR 17,6 and SDR 17. The offer of GAMRAT SA includes the following types segmented fi ttings:

• bends with angles 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90° with diameters ranging from 90-500 mm
• equal tees of the inlet angle of 90° with diameters ranging from 90-400 mm

• straight pipe tees with inlet angle of 90° in diameter range 90–400 mm
