We manufacture products and provide equipment for facilities. We specialise in toilet spaces. Our operating strategy includes continuous development directed by the requirements of the customer. WE DEVELOP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN MIND
For over a decade we have been operating in the industry of built-up toilet surface systems. By completing varied orders for our customers, we continue to realise the importance of continuous technological development. To ensure high quality of the completed systems, we rely on our own solutions:

- we manufacture an extensive range of cubicle fittings,
- the aluminium profiles we design are pressed using our own dies.

We were the first company in Poland to start the manufacture of cubicles of laminated boards with a thickness of 18 mm. The application of an innovative approach and framing of every edge with a special profile enabled us to create a product that is incredibly durable and available at an advantageous price.

With our own warehouse, we have the most extensive material and finish range on the market. We develop and improve our products. In continuously monitoring the latest trends, we keep improving the appearance of the details so that our products remain an aesthetic accessory with a perfect finish for any interior.

RESEARCH IS THE BASIS FOR INNOVATION
In considering the design, we remember to ensure the required durability.

On an ongoing basis, we conduct our own quality and strength tests of components, including: hinges, locks and supports. Before we release hinges for use, they must pass testing that involves 200,000 open/close cycles. This number of closing cycles corresponds to at least 5 years of trouble-free use.

With this approach, the warranty for our products becomes a real declaration. Internal testing and quality control is and will always be the standard at our company.

PATENTS AND CERTIFICATES
For our products, we hold European Technical Assessment and CE certificate issued by Instytut Techniki Budowlanej and other necessary approvals.

Many solutions, including the SAFE FINGERS system, sets of profiles for the manufacture of lockers and fittings, are covered by patents or utility designs.

WE DEVELOP PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT ECO-FRIENDLINESS IS OUR STANDARD
ALSANIT is an environmentally-aware company. We do not only care for the space around the site to be “green”, but also select eco-friendly materials at every stage of the design and manufacture.

The materials we use have environmental certificates, for example FSC, PEFC and GREENGUARD. In addition, due to the implementation of state-of-the-art solutions, our machines feature low power consumption and reduced emissions. Moreover, by using local suppliers of intermediate products and the manufacture of own fittings, we reduce our carbon footprint.

We are continuously expanding our knowledge on eco-design, and try to pass it on to our customers. In future, we are planning to implement photovoltaic solutions to reduce our emissions even further.

Sustainable management and careful use of resources are obvious to us.

THREE WORDS WITH GREAT MEANING
From the beginning, ALSANIT has operated following the RECYCLE, REUSE, REDUCE rule.

REUSE – All our operations are aiming at maximum use of the materials generated during the manufacture and cutting of our products. We use the items remaining from board processing, for example, to make product transport pallets, so we can help save and care about the environment. In addition, intensive works are conducted to use undersize boards for the manufacture of ready components, for example partition walls.

RECYCLE -   Since we avoid wasting potentially useful materials and reduce the consumption of available raw materials, we significantly reduce our power consumption, air pollution and water pollution. If the post-production waste cannot be used, it is sorted and delivered to specialised companies for disposal.

REDUCE - The policy of company is strongly focused on saving materials, which in the long run also reduces the emission of greenhouse gases. Alsanit prioritises the eco-friendly and sustainable design of products and the innovativeness of the solutions in use. For example, METAL+ lockers are based on a modular body design and can be supplemented with additions or re-configured even after delivery to the customer. This way, we significantly extend the product life cycle and really reduce waste. This is what we think real eco-friendliness should look like.
