At a time when most of us had to postpone vacation plans and travel to indefinite "later", it is good to be in a space that will bring us closer to the places where we usually rest. Therefore, this project is a substitute for a holiday: mountains and sea, closeness to nature and beautiful views. Full of symbolism, which transfers this atmosphere of nature and rest into a closed reality.
The designed interior is a bathing lounge combined with a relaxation area. Large glazing of the walls and the roof, open to the surrounding mountain forest landscape, allows nature to penetrate inside and become part of the arrangement. The interior colors are subtle, natural and autumnal. From beige, through browns, grays to black, varied with dark orange details. The design is based on materials of natural origin such as veneer (wood), quartz sinters (stone) or glass. The form of the bathtub and the countertop under the sinks refers to mountain rocks, as does the black brick on the wall. The sharp and strong shapes of these elements have been balanced by soft carpets, armchairs and a pouf in the relaxation area. The delicacy of the whole arrangement is added by dried grass and flower decorations, which, together with wallpaper with a similar theme and colors, give a substitute for an autumn meadow.
The main point of the composition, which at the same time divides and connects both zones, is the bathtub with a large bio-fireplace, visible from all sides, and a glass construction with the photos, which completing the entire arrangement. In both photos there is a water theme that evokes associations with relaxation and sea bathing, so that we can find ourselves in the mountains and at the sea at the same time.
