Kompletny filtr służy do filtracji nawiewanego powietrza. Separacja większych cząstek zanieczyszczeń zawartych w powietrzu przedłuża okres eksploatacji urządzeń umieszczonych za filtrem - wentylatorów, nagrzewnic, etc.

Kompletny filtr służy do filtracji nawiewanego powietrza. Separacja większych cząstek zanieczyszczeń zawartych w powietrzu przedłuża okres eksploatacji urządzeń umieszczonych za filtrem - wentylatorów, nagrzewnic, etc.

Konstrukcja

  • zestaw filtracyjny przystosowany do montażu w okrągłych kanałach wentylacyjnych o standardowych średnicach (100-560 mm)
  • obudowa z blachy ocynkowanej
  • króćce montażowe z uszczelkami gumowymi
  • kieszeniowy wkład filtracyjny klasy EU3, EU5, EU7, EU9 i H13 należy zamawiać oddzielnie
  • urządzenie może być dostarczone w dowolnym kolorze z palety RAL
  • wkład filtracyjny należy wymienić, gdy opory przepływu powietrza przekraczają poziom 250 Pa

NanoWave®

To wynaleziony i opatentowany w USA materiał syntetyczny najnowszej generacji do filtrów powietrza (kieszeniowych i kasetowych), który oferuje w ramach ISO16890 bardzo niskie koszty użytkowania, wysoki wychwyt pyłów i najniższy początkowy spadek ciśnienia.

Zastosowane w NanoWave® 100% włókien polipropylenu nadaje mu wytrzymałość a także gwarantuje brak uszkodzeń i podrażnień skóry jak w przypadku włókna szklanego.
