The company offer includes the comprehensive production of skate parks elements, as well as the sale of panels for their construction. At individual order of Customers we produce, inter alia, the modular system mini-ramps, ramps and half pipes.  The modular system enables the stage-by-stage construction, depending on needs or available funds. We produce the components at our site, and then transport them to destination place.

For construction of obstacles we use mainly two types of HDPE 300 UV polyethylene and PE 500 UV panels. It allows us to obtain significantly better sliding and resistance characteristics. The panels may be also additionally UV-stabilized, depending on place of their future installation.

The places intended for pedestrians may have additional anti-sliding surface texture, which is called corrugated surface.

Owing to elimination of steel which has the 10 lower thermal expansion in comparison with PE, we have eliminated the possibility of occurrence of uneven, ridged surface, or creation of crevices. Such solution improves the safety and comfort of use.

Additionally, all modules are coupled with feather coupling system. It ensures the long-life and stable connections, which eliminate any unevennesses which may occur during a coupling of single obstacle modules.

All the elements are designed in CAD programs, and then are cut with the use of highly precise CNC type machines. We have TÜV certificate.


OTHER SURFACES/FOUNDATIONS FOR SKATE PARKS

The polished concrete or concrete with powdering is a best skate park surface – this surface ensures the lowest level of users injuries.

Another solution is asphalt or asphalt-concrete (with finest graining possible).

The surfaces made of seamless (or reversed) sett should be considered only as a last resource – the users will feel the possible unevennesses (mostly the skaters and rollers, and to a lesser extent BMX bikers).
