Descripción del producto
The versatility of a waste system in high-density polyethylene.
HDPE is a weldable high-density polyethylene system for high and low temperature waste system, for ventilation of waste system and for syphonic rainwater drainage inside and outside civil and industrial buildings (UV light resistant). Industrialized and produced by Valsir.
SPECIFICATION
Waste and drainage system in high density polyethylene
Waste system composed of pipes, fittings and accessories for drainage inside buildings in halogen free, high density polyethylene (PE80).
Manufactured and certified by leading international bodies in compliance with EN 1519-1 suitable for the drainage of fluids, in compliance with ISO TR 10358, at an atmospheric pressure and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C and 95°C for short periods, with pH between 0 and 14.
Minimum ambient temperature for use no lower than -40°C.
Used in the construction of waste systems inside the building or externally by anchoring it to the walls (application area B) or embedded in the area of the building structure (application area D and BD); also suitable for ventilation systems and rainwater drainage systems, both gravity and syphonic.
At the end of the production process, the pipes undergo an annealing treatment in hot water at a temperature of 80°C.
Joints can be made by butt welding, electrofusion welding using a sleeve coupling, the push-fit method with rubber seal or by using mechanical joints with flanges or screw fittings.
Density at 23°C >945 kg/m3, melt index (190°C - 5 kg)
<1.1 g/10 min, elasticity modulus 1000 MPa, tensile strength 22 MPa, ultimate elongation >350%, carbon black content >2%, linear heat expansion coefficient
0.20 mm/m•°C.
B2 fire performance class in compliance with DIN 4102 and DIN 19560-10 and M4 in compliance with NF P 92-505 and Euroclass E in compliance with EN 13501-1.
