The presented competition work presents a proposal of an office open space in a Warsaw skyscraper. Currently, open space arrangements are often criticized due to the maximum use of space, and thus a high density of employees. The main assumption of the project is to create a secluded and common work space that combines spacious workplaces as well as recreation areas and conference rooms. Flowers and a green wall are the main accents in the interior. Plants are decoration here, but also purify the air and provide suitable moisture. The color range of the project is green, black, brown and gold accessories.
After entering the office from the elevator lobby, we find ourselves in the reception area, where there is also a waiting room. Then we go to the open space office zone, where there are desks alternating with shelves with books and plants. The wooden desks are divided by black flower pots, opposite to them is a green wall. Then, in the corner, a common space is designed. There are: a wooden bench, plants and pouffes. Further in the office there are individual workplaces and three rooms separated by glass walls. The first of these rooms is the company boss room, then two small conference rooms and a large conference room. Between these rooms there are corridors leading to break rooms and toilets.
Each employee has their own private and secluded space, and at the same time is able to integrate with others. The interior is modern, elegant and at the same time evokes a homely atmosphere.
