The office and logistics base contains a warehouse with two mezzanines with a total area of 10,000 sq m. m2 and a three-story office building with a total area of 1.5 thousand m2. At the beginning, it is worth to notice that during the construction of this facility, cohesion and simplicity of form were achieved without losing design and prestige. The openwork façade made of mesh, behind which there is an atrium, and a garden in it, is characteristic here.
We can also mention the additional effect that was obtained thanks to well-chosen lighting. After dark, when the lights are lit in the office rooms, and the atrium is additionally lit, we get the impression that the part of the building is lit instead of its room.
