This renovation project is an architectural response to the tension between a heavy, rigid structure and the desire for lightness, fluidity, and life.
A once-enclosed space has now become Rahsoo, a home reimagined through flow, light, and identity.
The name Rahsoo is more than a title; it is a reflection of an inner movement a journey from spaces once cold and lifeless to pathways where life now flows.
The original plan, with its octagonal geometry, had imprisoned the space within itself. Inspired by that very form, we introduced a dynamic triangular element in the central lobby, an architectural gesture that became both a guide and the starting point for the spatial flow.
The interplay of broken and curved lines creates a dialogue between boldness and serenity; the sharp lines direct movement, while the curves awaken a sense of softness and belonging.
Natural materials, wood, stone, and hand-crafted tiles, serve not merely as decorative elements, but as mediums of connection to nature and to our collective memory. The result is a space that, while modern, remains deeply rooted in the earth.
Rahsoo is a home that tells a story rather than standing still, a narrative of movement, touch, light, and life.
Here, architecture is not a frame, it is a flow.
