This range includes the production and sale of aluminum consoles mullion-transom facades and complete aluminum substructure for ventilated facades, construction projects and installation of ventilated facades.
Aluminum substructure produced by the Company BSP system consists of a console mounting and the main grid. Both consoles and rack are designed exclusively designed for ventilated facades, which makes this product against competitive market. Consoles are designed to provide convenience in assembling aluminum and capable of regulating their position in all three axes, which avoids the problems associated with uneven concrete. Specially designed “heel” while the console increases the resistance to lateral forces. There are consoles fixed – load bearing structure of the facade on the superstructure of the building – and sliding – which enable flawless consoles wsporczymi expansion of aluminum. There are two main types of T-bar grid that is – used to connect panels and angle – used as a retaining profile, as well as decorative profiles, which include the profile of the inner and outer corner and fugowy profile. The use of decorative profiles can mask the visible edges of the plates or horizontal joints sealed, through which you can see a layer of substructure.
