This model is our crowning achievement in the field of window production. It is designed for use in highly energy saving and passive buildings. The aluminium outer part of the window protects the inner, wooden frame against weather conditions. We can enjoy nice and warm-looking wooden frames inside the building.
Special chambers filled with aerogel are inserted inside the wooden frame. The material features a several times lower heat transfer rate then the wood itself. Thus we have a warm and at the same time strong frame allowing the installation of wide glass units.
In order to more accurately secure the window frame against the heat loss, we inserted a special thermal insulator between the aluminium layer and the wood. It changes the temperature distribution in the area of the frame and improves its thermal insulation properties.
Only warm panes of glass
The unique frame is equipped with a unit consisting of three or even four panes of glass. The spaces between panes of glass are filled with noble gas (argon or krypton). As standard, the unit is fitted with warm frames which improve thermal insulation properties in the area where it is joined to the window frame. As a result, the whole window (in the reference size) fitted with a pane of glass of Ug=0,5 W/m2K achieves the coefficient value of less than 0.7 W/m2K. With larger windows the coefficient for the whole window is also significantly reduced. In addition, packets with the coefficient reaching the value of Ug=0.3 W/m2K which far exceeds the most stringent, prevailing on the market, requirements may be used.
Aluminium repels the attacks of nature
Shorter service life than that of PCV has always been one of the arguments against the wooden windows. Although contemporary wooden windows, due to a new construction technology and protection with modern lacquers, are more durable than ever, it is wise to apply additional protection. Aluminium external components protect wood from exposure to the sun, water or mechanical damage. Such design is much more durable than any PVC solution.
Strong passive structure
The window frame is constructed of four layers of properly prepared timber. Each layer is glued to another in such a way that their rings are arranged alternately. This makes the construction material is highly resistant to warping, twisting and mechanical deformations. As a result, the frame is stable and resistant to temperature* and humidity changes.
Due to the parameters which a passive window must present, it is produced only from one type of wood - pine. It alone meets the high standards of thermal insulation. However, you may choose between an economical version - with finger-joined layers and a selected version with solid outer layers.
*Wooden windows far surpass PCV windows with their resistance to temperature changes and are ideal for large glazing of the southern walls of buildings.
Elegant and modern colours
Wood can be stained in various colours and shades, at the same time preserving its visible woodgrains and authentic appearance of this noble material. When needed, it also can be painted for the desired effect of interior design.
The outer layer of aluminium can be painted in any RAL colour, may feature various textures and even „imitate” wood. This enables us to customize the window appearance to the building type and colour of the facade.
Modern and classic style
Apart from the colour, you may also choose shape of the profiles, separately for the inside and outside of the window. Below we present available variants of aluminium cladding shown in welded versions where the join of two components is completely invisible.
Various forms of wood
Our offer also includes three kinds of wood forms on the inside. The contemporary-style, simple Modern, softly rounded Smart and classic, with delicate, decorative milling Smart+. All of the above aluminium versions can be independently combined, giving 24 individual combinations to choose from!
Comfort of use
Top-class hardware is hidden under the beauty of nature. It ensures unchanging and comfortable operation of the mechanisms over the years. Thanks to it the use of windows is convenient, even when opening large surfaces. This element really affects the durability of the whole window because good hardware prevents unnecessary stress and hold the sash in the right position.
In our windows hardware by SIEGENIA and ROTO is installed. With automatic sash assembly line the installation is carried out perfectly (read more about the technology here). As standard each window is equipped with Hoppe handle with Secustik® security. On request, we use anti-theft hardware systems of RC1 and RC2 classes for break-in protection.
The windows can also be equipped with stepped tilt, electric drives, opening brakes, a ventilator can be installed or the position of the handle changed. There is also the possibility of using concealed hardware which makes sash hinges are not visible. We also offer solutions for the safety of children. When choosing the tilt first system, you may only tilt the window, and the opening function requires the use of a key. As a result, you can be calm about your children.
Windows can be really big
Due to the strong, layered structure of the frame and high-end hardware, it is possible to construct a very large window surfaces. Tilt and turn window may be 1.6 m wide and up to 3 m high.
