Lift-and-slide doors are one of the best patio solutions available on the market. They combine very large glazing with the highest comfort of their usage.

The unique design allows the construction of window walls with a width of almost 20 meters. While the latest technology allows easy, effortless and comfortable operation of the door leaves weighing even up to 400kg. Available in all offered profile thickness (from 68 mm to 92 mm), both in wooden and wood-aluminium versions.

Comfort of use

The ability to use the lowest thresholds available on the market significantly improves the convenience of its usage. In the latest version without barriers, the guide is only 19 mm high, which complies with the standard DIN 18025 for disabled people. In addition, each door patio is fitted as standard with micro-ventilation ensuring the exchange of air to 265m3 per hour. Additionally, upon customer request, we install electric drives enabling full opening with remote control.

Safety & Security

You can use burglar-proof hardware of RC2 resistance class, burglar-proof lock cylinder, reed switch connected to an intrusion detection system or other smart home system. You should also remember to ensure the safety of the household members. For large dimensions we recommend the use of safety glass which in the case of breaking will not cause any harm.

Advanced ventilation system

On request, we also install ventilation systems equipped with an integrated mosquito net. This unsealing features the function of night mode which allows the ventilation with the window securely closed.

Thermal insulation

To provide the best possible thermal insulation, we use the latest 10-chamber threshold ECO-PASS which meets the requirements of the current Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV). The larger the window the more pays off to invest in the double-chamber panes of glass featuring a good coefficient of thermal insulation; then it brings relatively greater savings in the cost of heating. With us, you can configure lift and slide balconies with unit coefficient of Ug=0.5 or even lower, reaching Ug=0,3. Moreover, there is a possibility of using a range of additional system components which will allow a warm and and tight installation in any type of building and facade.

Window to the world

It is also possible to create corner glazing in structural versions (with corner mullions). This solution creates an incredible impression of space and contact with the environment.
