HKS

Tilt and sliding (HKS) doors are made with Liguria and Piemont profiles. These doors are supported on the frame along the entire perimeter so the low-threshold is not available here. The sash is slid over the FIX sash after the sash is slid out of the frame on the arms of trolleys. Afterwards the sash may be moved in parallel.

HKS is an alternative to traditional balcony and terrace doors. The tilt and slide opening system means it does not take up space inside the room, as it moves along a metal runner parallel to the plane of the window. Tilt and slide doors do not slam shut when there is a draft or sudden gust of air.

  Aluminium handle, sash lift, anti-theft latch, micro-ventilation, drip cap.
  Windows with a fixed or mobile mullion.
• Optional:
  Anti-burglar fittings – enhancing security and deterring intrusion into the apartment, sash turn limiter, pull handle and latch. Intake vents, different types of glass panes, glazing units with insulated frame, anti-theft catches.
