Series description
The material for metal roof tiles is the cold-rolled steel sheet, galvanized and coated with lacquers in the coil coating technology, which assures long-lasting durability and resistance to the weather conditions and mechanical damages. The offered lacquered coatings are available in the following versions: glossy, rough mat and very resistant coatings Granite® HDX with 30 years of warranty.
The metal roof tiles with pressed pattern imitate the ceramic tiles, which allows to achieve the unique appearance, consistent with the technical and application parameters. The wave pressing assures the optimal stiffness, and used capillary grooves allow for removing water, condensing on the sheets joints.
The metal roof tiles are suitable for all kinds of roofs with the inclination from 15°. The metal sheet roofing materials belong to the lightest roofwork materials (approx. 5 kg/m2), which means, that the roof total weight may be even 10-12 times lower than in case of ceramic or concrete roofings. It allows to avoid the rafter framing heavy structures and reinforcing old roofs during their renovation. The IInstallation of metal sheet roofings is one of the less expensive (orders of any size minimize waste amount and costs) and quickest (adaptation to the individual planes).
The metal roof tiles, offered by Florian Centrum S.A. are available in wide range of colours. The most popular are however the traditional colours, associated with roof – shades of brown, red, anthracite, green and black.
