RIO escarpment elements are excellent wherever it is necessary to stabilise the terrain, reinforce an escarpment, embankment or slope. They are perfect for creating an interesting space and breaking up the monotony of the terrain. RIO blocks can be used in the garden as a decorative element to build flowery slopes, flowerbeds, flowerbed borders or lawns. They can also be used as part of a noise barrier wall or as an effective fence separating neighbouring properties. The trapezoidal shaped block with a split face allows for the laying of a variety of lines: straight, circular and wavy.
