The PPEcoforte® system complies with European standard UNI EN 13476-2:2008 and provides a wide range of accessories to achieve an effcient sewer system.
It is a high resistance triple layer wall piping system in high modulus polypropylene (PP-HM) for non-pressureunderground sewage applications; external wall are RAL 8023, internal RAL 9003. The fttings are molded and thermoformed in PP-HM RAL 8023.
The system is suitable for the conveyance of civil, industrial and agricultural wastewater (white, black or mixed waters). The use of PP-HM allows to realize a high performance system in terms of resistance to loads, bending, resistance to internal and external abrasion, temperatures and a large number of chemical reagents.
Drainage system consisting of pipes, fittings and accessories for the construction of underground drainage pipes not under pressure both inside and outside the buildings, produced by an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company, with external diameters De from 110 mm to 500 mm; made with triple-layer solid wall, in High Modulus Polypropylene (PP-HM) free from halogens and heavy metals (Halogen free). Manufactured and certified by major international bodies in accordance with the UNI EN 13476-2 standard, type A1, equipped with a special ringed socket type junction system, integrated in each bar, made by thermoforming the tube itself and equipped with housing or pre-formed seat for elastomeric two-component anti-slip sealing gasket, made of TPE-V and PP, according to the UNI EN 681/1-WC standard. The system is suitable for the discharge of civil and industrial waste fluids (white, black and mixed water) and agricultural waste at atmospheric pressure at a maximum temperature of 80 ° C in continuous operation and 95 ° C in discontinuous operation, with pH included between 2 and 12.
Minimum ambient operating temperature of -20°C.
The system is used in the construction of waste systems classified with application code "U" (buried outside the building structure) or "UD" (buried both within the perimeter of the building and outside of it).
Joints can be made by means of a push-fit socket and sliding sleeve.
The pipes have a compact wall, smooth internally and externally, made by co-extrusion of three layers, composed as follows:
- INTERNAL layer with smooth surface, with high resistance to abrasion and chemical agents, made of light-colored PP to facilitate video inspections, improving optical qualities and eliminating light reflection;
- INTERMEDIATE LOAD-BEARING layer of gray/black color, reinforced with mineral fillers according to the UNI EN 13476 - 2 standard to give the pipe a high impact resistance and a higher annular stiffness;
- OUTER layer with smooth surface, in brick red color PP stabilized against UV rays and with high resistance to notches, chemically aggressive soils, corrosion and stray currents.
The pipe has an annular stiffness class from SN 4 kN/m2 to SN 16 kN/m2, variable according to the diameters, measured according to UNI EN ISO 9969, and available in bars of useful length equal to 1, 3 and 6 meters.
In addition, the pipe bears the marking required by the reference standard and the IIP Quality Mark and is supplied, at the request of the customer, with relative test certificate or declaration of conformity to the following tests: annular stiffness tests (SN) according to UNI EN ISO 9969 and hydraulic seal tests of the joint system at 0.5 bar under pressure and at 0.3 bar under depression for 15 min. according to EN 13476-1, with tests conducted according to UNI EN 1277.
The system is complete with fittings in Polypropylene (PP) with an annular stiffness class SN 8 kN/m2, free from halogens and heavy metals with a special ringed socket type junction system, made by injection molding or thermoforming and equipped with housing or pre-formed seat for elastomeric, two-component anti-slipping gasket, made of TPE-V and PP, according to the UNI EN 681/1-WC standard. For diameters from De 110 mm to De 200/250 mm, the fittings are mainly made by injection molding; while for all the other diameters they are made by butt-welding and/or by extrusion welding of pipe segments.
