TAMO

Tamo is a manufacturer, based in the Tri-City area, Poland that creates exclusively from wood. We produce unique, original furniture from solid oak and other hardwoods. All projects are the work of Marcin Laskowski and created with love and passion to work in this beautiful material. The designer has been given an “exciting talent in design” award by the prestigious magazine Wallpaper. He decided to devote himself to manual work and created the brand TAMO. This marked the beginning of his own carpenter shop and creating a team of great people who spend every day producing furniture for our customers.

The portfolio includes chests of drawers, tables, coffee tables and desks. All pieces are made with great craftsmanship and varnished with oil to bring out the unique structure of the material. With respect to wood, furniture created by us is characterized by a simple, elegant and natural style. All our products are fully ergonomic and functional. Each item is bespoke and made to order taking into account the specific requirements of the buyer. 

We are a local company using the services of native craftsmen and sawmills. We also carry out projects for public spaces such as restaurants, bars and hotels. 

Our method of carpentry allows us to be creative, maintain direct control over quality and respond quickly to the needs of our customers. Their needs are the spark of the creative process, hence the unique names of collections and products like Amelia. 

At the heart of our ethos is making TAMO environmentally sustainable from the woods we select to the disposal of our waste.

In the future, as a brand, we want only to match our inspiration; TAMO, Japanese ash, one of the most valuable and rare varieties of tree. This plant owes its high quality to high altitude and rocky cliffs. The tree climbs up the cliffs face, gaining beauty on its ascent and developing its unique character.
